Pls help, error when system restoring

Okay so you know how your onedrive syncs with your pc well I did not really know that so I deleted a whole of files from my one drive and they deleted on my pc. I tried to take the files out of the one drive rycle bin but bc my onedrive was so full all my files has not synced completely before deleting. I was freaking out and then found out you could do a system restore and restore your system back to a previous timepoint. Luckicly for me I had a sytem restore from 5 yesterday. But with every restore point I try I get the error in the image below. It seems like it is something wrong with the recycle bin I have in the current state my pc is in right now not a problem with the recycle bin in the verstion of window I am trying to restore. I have tried everything in this article execpt 5 and it still did not work. Pls help bc if I don't fix it I could lose my minecraft server along with other files.
