Nothing really. Same as other graphics cards, the thing that's needed to run is the driver package. Everything else is ancillary.

Recording gameplay? Geforce experience or OBS. Overclocking? MSI afterburner or something. They're nice to have but not required.

Hi everyone I'm new to this stuff and I recently wanted to upgrade from intigrated to an actual gpu. I didnt have the largest budget so I got a gt 730. I know how to install the physically card but what do I do afterwards, other than installing drivers? Any help is appreciated!

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

After installing the card physically, connect your display cable(s) to the card, and then install the drivers you got from NVidia's website.

But first, what is your CPU, first of all?
And are you able to return the GT 730? It may be worse than your integrated graphics.

I’ve got some bad news, the gt 730 is weaker than the integrated graphics on current gen CPUs.

As for drivers, just google nvidia drivers and you’ll find the nvidia driver page landing.

CPU: Intel core i7-8086K Case: CORSAIR Crystal 570X RGB CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H150i PRO RGB Storage: Samsung 980 Pro - 2TB NVMe SSD PSU: EVGA 1000 GQ, 80+ GOLD 1000W, Semi Modular GPU: MSI Radeon RX 580 GAMING X 8G RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 64GB (4 x 16GB) DDR4 3200mhz Motherboard: Asus ROG STRIX Z370-E Gaming

The GT 730 is better than Intel HD Graphics 2000, but not by a whole lot.

Think of it like going from a bike to a go-kart.

While almost anything is better, they’re still going to struggle in current gen games. I’m just saying don’t expect this to even compete with consoles, even going back 2 generations to the ps3 and 360.

For gaming needs, at around the same cost of the gt 730, you can get a used ps4 or xbox one, which will blow your gaming experience out of the water.
