This started happening yesterday and I can't come to a conclusion.

 

  • OS - Windows 10
  • x64
  • What OS was originaly installed on the system? Windows
  • Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from a retailer)? Purchased from Best Buy
  • Age of system (hardware) - 6 months
  • Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? 6 months/No
  • CPU model: Intel i7 10700K
  • Video Card model: Gigabyte RTX 2080 Super
  • MotherBoard - ASUS Z490-P
  • Power Supply -  700 Watts (Will identify soon in a reply)
  • System Manufacturer - iBUYPOWER
  • Exact model number (if OEM or laptop) - BB993
  • Laptop or Desktop? - Desktop

Did u try to boot into save boot mode? If it does not happpen its driver related i think. 

A little Warning as a side note: Never boot into safe mode unles u have a local Windows Account otherwise u need a usb stick with windows on it and it gets complicated just to boot normally again.

Also are you doing something specific when it happens ?
