Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Autodesk Inventor, Autocad, Fusion 360, Shadow of the Tomb Raider (yes I actually play this game) CS:GO minecraft with SEUS renewed shaders (don't judge me plz)

Other details I already have a decent monitor and a high end custom keyboard and mouse so I just need the tower.  I have built 4-5 systems in the past for myself but they have all been low end or old.  The highest end PC I have built was a 2500k using the onboard graphics.  Currently I have a 8250u laptop that thermal throttles so badly that a Q6600 beats it(Yes I have repasted it many many many times).  I need something that can actually play everything beside CS:GO at 45-60 FPS.  With CS:GO I want at least 120-144 FPS.  I also love virtualization so the more cores the better.  With that being said I really want something unique.  Not just something that thousands of people have. That means that throw the 3600 and 60 series GPU out the window.  I have a couple of PCPartPicker lists but I would like some recommendations.  Particularly on the X299 System.
