GTA V Ram usage

Hi i would like to know if it's only mine this problem. I think after the last update of gta V (the reduced time of loading), when i'm playing online, Gta is using like 10/11 GB of ram. Is that possibile? there is a way to limit it down? 

My pc have a Ryzen 5 3600, 16 GB of ram 2666hz, rx590 8gb.

Googled it and came across a result on LTT forums of some one using 10 out of 16 for GTA 5 seems to be what the game uses if available.

Got a 16GB system as well. Can confirm that it is normal, regardless of any settings.
