Hi,

I've been experiencing windows crashes for about a week now. I found out it crashes when I play a game in full screen (Some games in windows mode doesnt crash the game for unknown reason). I've done a benchmark test and it will not fail to crash. I have just done a reformat or wipe but this issue still occurs.

OS: Windows 10x64 bit

MB: ASRock B450 Steel Legend

BIOS:  American Megatrends Inc. P3.70 (Was 2.9 initially and updated it sequentially. There is a new BIOS P4.0 but I do not know if I should update to that)

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core 3.6GHz

Ram: 2x DDR4-3000 and 2x DDR4-3200 (BIOS vram setting at DDR4-3000 at 1.3v)

PSU: Superflower leadex III Gold 850W

GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080

Additional information:

Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool test and was returned no error

Temperature during benchmark for GPU was at most 70°C / 158°F

Fans are spinning fine

Removed RAM sticks to test them out and crashes still happen

I apologize as the minidump files cant be uploaded as I cant find them after the reformat. Was told by other community that the device driver (nvlddmkm.sys) on my GPU is causing the system crashes. Is this a faulty GPU / PSU (GPU is below 2 years old and PSU is less than 6 months)? I have no spare computer to test out the GPU and PSU separately. Any assistance will be appreciated.
