Logitech G813 Issue

Ghoster

Hi, I just purchased a Logitech G813 and when I plug it to my desktop, the keyboard aluminum frame seems be leaking electricity and shocking me every time I touch it.

I thought it is an issue, so I went back to the shop to swap for another unit and it seems to have the same issue.

so I went back to the shop again and the shop told me this is normal for keyboard with aluminum top.

Would like to ask if anyone know is this normal? and if so is there a way to remedy it?
