Every program that doesn't automatically open does not start

Every program that doesn't automatically start with windows does not start. It says: (program name) has stopped working.
What I tried:
SFC/scannow in cmd.
Stop all my programs in the background.
Restart

I don't know that to do anymore can someone help me?
