Issue streaming with capture card

I want to do direct from my pc from the capturer Can the capturer only be used for a game console?

I have LGPLite and I would make stream using the capture card 'cause I don't have a High-End PC but I'm not able to connect adequately my capture card and configure OBS. Can someone help me pls?

You can use a capture card to capture any source compatible with that capture card's inputs and video display modes. 

Some capture cards are picky about how PCs work on it, though, namely that they don't like non-standard TV resolutions, refresh rates and chroma subsampling modes.

I really can't infer anything just on the lack of info here. What capture card? How is your PC connected to the capture card? What output settings are you using? All that jazz.
