Anoying Laptop problem

Hi,
I have this msi gl75 leopard with a RTX2070,  i7-10750H, 16 GB DDRIV 2666MHz and 1 TB SSD NVMe with a 144hz panel.
The thing is, this my is first 60hz+ monitor ever and im experience a few problems that ruin my gaming experience. Games cant reach my refresh rate, judder or shutter a lot un less i play them at half-refresh rate, (72fps using RTSS) because this laptop doesnt have G-Sync ( i didnt knew G-Sync was so important until i tried it), but then there was some games that couldnt reach 72 or were capped at 60 fps, and 60 fps on a 144hz runs pretty ugly and not smooth at all, i went back to my desktop with a 60hz screen because i refused to play on my laptop always chaging the refresh rate to 60hz on games that doesnt reach 144hz or playing at 72 but has micro shutters with a fixed 72fps. Then i create a new refresh rate, 120hz using “CRU” so half refresh rate is 60, so games with a 60fps capp or that doesnt reach 120 fps will work fine on this refresh rate with 60fps.
Some games do work well, some dont, it still has microstutter, expecially rotatint the camera. FPS doesnt drop, my frametime is perfect and still microstutter. The only way that doesnt have any problems is if i change the refrash rate to 60hz and play games at 60fps. Then i saw that this microstutter only happen only if i have v-sync on, and this is fixed if i enable on nvidia control panel the fast-sync or adaptive sync option. My laptop doesnt have those options, on has ON, OFF and app v-sync. And nvidia V-sync on th NCP doesnt work, i tried. Tried to playt with boardless and v-sync off, games work fine, but in some points, like building or a lot of stuff on screen, it laggs/judder.
What can i try more? Im i ruined to play games only at 60hz and always changing the refresh rate?
