my pc keeps crashing when i join a call on discord and then open phasmophobia game it just freezes and i can still move my mouse and touch stuff but no reaction and i cant restart it without force shutting down it

Help!!!

so figured it out but then when i was going to shut it down it froze again? i had spotify, steam and NZXT cam open?
