MIssing Drivers for internet after reinstall

Hi,

 

I just upgraded my PC to an i10600k and B450 Pro Motherboard.

initially the pc booted fine and went through to windows it loaded all updates and was running fine.

I went into the Bios to turn on XMP and then saved and exited.

It then went to blue screen saying no boot drive showing.

I checked back into BIos and the SSD with the OS on it was showing.

I then reloaded windows which allowed it to boot but all drivers are now missing.

 

please help.
