Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Escape from tarkov, cyberpunk

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Buying soon/Amazon/only need tower

Building a pc, I was going to just build one my self but idk the best choices for overall performance

In my opinion it all depends on which resolution you'll be playing at. $1000 would get you a decent setup for 1080p and even 1440p. Does the $1000 include the monitor? Or is the $1000 for the tower only? It makes a world of difference.

What resolution are you targeting? Also a 60Htz monitor for a gaming PC is going to cut off a lot of potential, is this a fixed choice at this point or is there some flexibility there?

 

Not familiar with Escape from Tarkov but Cyberpunk is a beast to run at higher resolutions so perhaps I would suggest aiming for a 1080 build where other than CP 2077 you could easily be targetting 120 Htz and so the monitor would be your bottleneck.

no to be honest I dont know why I put 60hz I have a 165hz monitor im just trying to get dollar for performance there is a lot of new tech and a lot of out of stock items figured you kind gents would help me build a instock pc

In stock is the kicker here really as that will be dependant on where you are, would you consider the second hand market if you can find a deal (almost as hard as the in stock bit tbh but maybe worth a look)
