Posted December 28, 2020 I have recently made a thread about my blue screen issues. Once I used a program in order to see what the cause was, this is what came up: "This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x1C3B20) Bugcheck code: 0x154 (0xFFFFBA8F3BC16000, 0xFFFFFE020CB55000, 0x2, 0x0) Error: UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System company: Microsoft Corporation description: NT Kernel & System Bug check description: This indicates that the store component caught an unexpected exception. This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Do you have any yellow exclamation marks in device manager? I know that this is a late response, but I haven't had too much time recently due to the holidays. There are no exclamation marks shown, and the temperatures don't seem to be high enough in order to cause the computer to blue screen Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options... I can't open any steam game at all, the game either crashes immediately or I get a blue screen. Minecraft seems to run fine for me, but all of my steam games or modded minecraft accounts crash immediately. Using the computer is also fine, as I am currently using it to type this.
