Hello, I just received some new parts for my pc and I am having issues getting the system to turn on. I have an MSI MPG z390 motherboard and an intel I7 9700k processor. I set everything up and when I try to power on the system, the light on the Ez debug menu on the motherboard turns red for the CPU, showing that the CPU has some sort of issue.

Things I Have Tried

1. I checked to make sure CPU was seated firmly and there was no damage to any pins as well as seated in the correct direction

2. I made sure the cpu power cables were attached firmly to the board

3. Reinstalled the cpu fan

4. Checked to make sure ram was in proper slot and connected correctly.

This is only my second build and so I am not sure what the issue could be. It is frustrating since this cost a lot of money and it will not even turn on. Please send any suggestions that may help! Also my psu is 430 watts, which I think could be the issue? The computer only turns on for about a half second before shutting off, so i'm not sure if this could be the problem.
