New Build restarting automatically.

My cpu and GPU temps are 50°c& 40°c on average respectively. After installing windows, I first updated windows, then I installed the latest nvidia game ready driver manually, and installed steam finally.I've deselected automatic restart option under system failure. Changed the minimum processor state to 0. But even after all of this my pc randomly restarts.

Please help.
