What laptop model do you have? Many high performance laptops have some severe throttling problems. Power limit throttling and thermal throttling are common. Different manufacturers use different throttling methods.

Time to learn about ThrottleStop. Post lots of screenshots and I will help you out.

You seem to have quite a bit of stuff running in the background. Averaging 8.3% in the C0 state is not idle.

An idle computer running Windows 10 does not need to spend much time at all in the C0 state.

Turn on the Log File option and go play a game. Have a look in the log for any signs of power limit throttling or thermal throttling. Attach a log file to your next post so I can have a look.

Well I guess I cant play fh4 image.png.a41e2c480a6ed284c656fc27d66171c3.png BUT I found the issue. If I unplug the hdmi from my monitor and just go without a monitor it runs perfectly fine. Is there a way to fix this

BD PROCHOT is not CPU temperature related. Some other sensor is sending a throttling signal to your CPU. If you disable this, your CPU  will still throttle if it ever gets too hot.

Your laptop is set to thermal throttle at 100C which is the Intel default.
