AORUS AD27QD ghosting issue

Hello everyone,

For a couple of weeks now, i notice that my monitor have more and more ghosting than ever.
Since then, i try multiple things i found on the internet (such as Overdrive and Aim Stabilizer). Overdrive help a bit but it is still noticeable at low FPS.
it's also another issue, in game when i'm at like 90 fps or so, it "feel" like 60 and even lower or when i'm at 144fps, it feel like 80.

My GPU is also mount vertically with this Riser :

Does that could be a major impact on this?

My setup is :
R7 3800x
AORUS RTX 2080 super
G Skill 32go 3200mhz
AORUS X570 PRO WIFI
