i want to buy a pc and i want to buy the 5600x cpu, but the place i want to buy the pc from says that i should buy the Intel Core i7 10700KF / 1200 Tray.

i don't know which is better because i saw at some sites that the 5600x is better than the Intel Core i7 10700KF / 1200 Tray but they say that the i7 is 20% faster than the 5600x.

what do you guys think?

ohh and i have this ram to go with it ( i bought it already ) G.SKILL Trident Z Royal Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin RGB DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) Desktop Memory Model F4-3600C16Q-32GTRS

p.s. sorry for bad english, its not my first language

thanks for the help.

I’d bet they are recommending the i7 because the 5600x isn’t in stock.

id recommend the 5600x, as its basically a 10700k w less cores and threads for 300

i have it in stock where i live so its ok, and there is no difference in performance because of the ram? i heard that the faster the ram is the better the amd cpu can go no?

Your ram will perform great with the Ryzen and intel CPU. The faster the ram and better the timings, the better the performance (especially on Ryzen)

idk, with prices right now, a 10600KF seems like a very good deal

if you want to save some money get a cheap B460 board and a 3200mhz cl16 16gb kit just for the 2666mhz cl16

a cheap z490 will pretty mush even out the cost of a 10600KF with the 5600x+B550 board

is the 5600x mad expensive or is it just in my country?
