Upgreade time - advice needed

Budget (including currency): around 700-800 $ ( 3000 PLN)

Country: Poland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  Games most of time

Other details: Right now i have i7 2600K, 8gb ram, MSI p67 motherboard and MSI 1070 Gamming X gpu ( keeping it in my new build maybe in few years i will upgrade it too) with OZC fatality 700W  PSU.

I am planning to upgreade at last to Ryzen 5600X. What MB,memory and NVMe SSD you suggest? I am buyng this PC to be with me for few years, so with this budget i try to future proof it a little bit

What do you think i need to replace  my old PSU  with mew one or 9 years old power supply will be fine with it?

I still cant decide if b550 or maybe x570 chipset will be better for this

I am in no hurry because most of things i am playing still works on medium settings but i really like to hear your suggestion.
