Need help. Adware on my pc

Apparently there is an adware on my pc and it shoots up a random webpage whenever I start my pc. It is pretty annoying. Was wondering if anyone could help me find it or maybe tell me where I could look for it etc.

look in Settings-Apps-Apps and Features and look for what you installed recently, or anything suspicious (google before you uninstall, it may be important)
