Mic not working CSGO

So, I was playing CSGO when my mic stopped working. I have tried everything, from reinstalling my headsets drivers, to viewing the integrity of CSGO's files and also checked my audio hardware and nothing has worked. I need help it is very irritating to play without a mic. I have also checked in game audio settings and nothing is wrong. Do I need to reinstall CSGO or is there some other problem? Please help. Thanks!
