Having Trouble Booting

I have a intel core i5 2400 and a gtx 760. I tried upgrading the graphics card to a 1660 and now I can’t boot. I keep getting a watchdog error or random codes. I do get a video signal but that’s it. also swapped my hdd for a ssd and used a recovery drive to install windows
