disconnect 1 of 3 displays

so I have a 1st gen 4k monitor a old dvi dell monitor and finally a 4k tv. I want to disconnect the 4k tv without unplugging it, plus not effecting the other 2 displays as well, how would I do it?

just Deactivate it From Display Settings  Were you Configure The Layout

You can use MultiMonitorTool from http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/multi_monitor_tool.html to achieve this. The native "Disable Display" option in Windows display settings will only appear when interacting with an internal laptop display.

im using a pc and a laptop and have multiple monitors and can deactivate them from display settings i just want to know why you say it only works with laptops and dont need to use a third party software.

In my experience, this option becomes unavailable as soon as a discrete graphics card enters the equation.
