Hey everyone, I have the following PC:

*Ryzen 5 2600 @4.0GHz

*MSI B450M Pro-VDH Plus

*16GB of XPG Z1 DDR4 3000 MHz RAM (Dual Channel)

*RX580 8GB @1370/2150 MHz

*Crucial MX100 256GB SSD

*1TB and 500GB Seagate HDDs

*Highpower Astro GD+ 850 watt 80+G PSU

*Windows 10 Pro x64

*Latest BIOS from 22nd of June, AGESA 1.0.0.6

I have tested the CPU OC with Prime95 and Cinebench r20. the RAM is tested with memtest. I also need to add that the RAM has recently been upgraded, and this crash happened with the previous RAM too. The GPU has been running at these clocks for years, before I upgraded to my Ryzen CPU (from FX-8320) and didn't have any problems. EnhancedSync is also disabled in AMD drivers.

One thing I have observed about the crash, is that it happens when the PC isn't being particularly stressed. It never happens in Cinebench, MATLAB, or during gaming. It often happens right after boot, and once has happened during browsing. It happens really randomly, with no particular pattern. May go weeks without a crash and then happen twice in three days.

The screen first freezes for a second, then goes black. I don't notice the fans ramping up, but the GPU RGB starts behaving strangely, the "FAN STOP" sign starts flashing.

I feel like I need to add this, but it might be irrelevant. The 500GB HDD I have, has several bad sectors; but it has been added to my PC before upgrading to Ryzen, so I don't think that's the cause.

I don't know what else to try.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
