Apu to passtrue gpu

I got my self an 1070 that videoout plug dont work for cheap(30e) a guy was using it in sli setup.

I have a 3400g that i got also for cheap and b450 pro4 mobo, and i set in bios for apu to be mail display port.

I pluged in 1070 in pci slot and fire up the sistem and the grafick card shows error 43

When i bought it i went to my friends workshop and tested it on his computer because he had the psu at that time that can handle it(i bought new coolermaster 600w psu) and at that time it didnt show error 43(picture down below)

I try to ddu multiple time i did reinatal the sistem and itnstill show the error, i tried offline method to install the driver still same problem

Chip is 104 so it is 1070 one(picture down below) 

Am i missing something here, do i have to do some changes in bios or someting, i was thinking of flashing the bios of gpu(i payed it 30e so i dont care if i brick it)

 If you have an idea what to do now?

This was a gamble for me so i dont care of bricking or smthing like that
