Keyboard shortcut

I am not sure that weather this questions should be placed in this category?

 

I am wondering that how can I use some macro (or I dont know what would be the proper word) to register some text (for example, email address or a paragraph) to a keyboard shortcut (like, ctrl+F1 or ctrl+F2) or any other shortcut?

 

I dont have any mechanical keyboard or keyboard with macro function. I want to do it in normal keyboard.
