Zoom Microphone Issue

So my Friend has a Samsung Tab A 2016 10.1"

 

They say that when they are in a zoom meeting, they can hear others when they are muted, but as soon as they are unmuted, they can't hear anything. 

 

I've been searching and no one else has had this problem.

 

Anyone got any ideas, and know how to fix it?
