Posted August 5, 2020 I just installed 16gb ram and I put it my first time doing it so it took me a little to make sure it was in right and when I went to turn on my computer and I didnt have any video signal everything was on even my cpu and gpu fans but there was no signal I switched back to the old ram tried both in diffrent slots I even put in a new graphics card to see if it was the card I switched monitors and still nothing Link to comment https://linustechtips.com/topic/1230931-ram-installation/ Share on other sites More sharing options... Posted August 5, 2020 Are you actually posting? Try clearing the CMOS. You might have settings for the old RAM that's conflicting with the new.
