Display / Screen flickering/dimmer problem video inside

so apparently This problem happens when plugging the DVI cable(No problem on hdmi but i also want the sweet 144hz refresh rate so). I have 3 sockets on my graphic card, I plugged the dvi cable into different sockets and they all had the same problem, so I think the problem caused because of monitor, am i right ? also mostly happens on dark colors.
