Ideas For My Build

Ok guys so I was planning on buying these parts for my new gaming/ light workstation rig (i'll be using autocad from time to time) but was thinking that I should wait first of all for the new Haswell CPUs especially after seeing some benchmarks of the core i7 4770k processor, and if i'm waiting on that then i'll have to get a new motherboard for the 1150 socket. Also i'm not in a big hurry right now so I was also thinking about holding out for the gtx 780 in Q4 (hopefully) or next year :(. But anyway here's the parts so far;

So guys, opinions on the build and your thoughts, wait, don't wait, are you gonna wait, what do you think about the upcoming CPUs, GPUs and furthermore motherboards ect...?
