Visualisation software.....suggestions?

Hi folks, I have a plan to mount a massive touch screen TV in my office workspace which I would like to use as a central “reporting hub”. The idea is to have the screen show multiple open views side by side (like a 3x2 tile config) made up of live /dynamic tableau dashboards or other programs in seperate windows. I want the user to be able to touch one of the windows, it zooms to fill the screen, they can use it and then it will reduce back to its config size. 
‘Is there are software that easily does this so you can manipulate the windows from seperate programs in this same way?
