PC DEADLOCKING AT GAME LAUNCH

So, recently I'm having a problem in which when I launch a game, my pc DEADLOCKS halfway through launch....

I have been experiencing this for about 2 weeks...I researched about it but found nothing.

All drivers are updated and working fine...the pc is working completely fine but in some games it seems to be not working.

First time launch will always work for me, but if I close the program and re-open it after some time it will hang or deadlock. I cant use any command or open the task manager (even the caps lock LED doesnt light up).

My pc is a pre-built HP which I bought about 4 yrs ago and upgraded some parts of it since it was kinda a good deal for gaming except for GPU.

Specs:

I5-6400 2.7GHz

16 GB ram

1.4 TB capacity of SSD and system DRIVE

AMD Radeon R9 M360 2gb ;_;

I didnt installed drivers except for the GPU..

Everything was preinstalled.

If somebody can help me plz do it, I'm desperate

No

I cleaned the vents and everything...

Checked for viruses

Ran system file check but everything seems fine.

I dont think its heating.

Is there a pattern in the games? Is it all games or just certain games? What other apps are open while you launch the games?

I sometimes feel its like some certain games that are crashing, I dont run apps in the background because i dont want to use too much RAM.

Mostly steam games that are crashing.

Somebody before told me to wait 6.2 seconds after closing each program, giving time for the PC to close coordinates.

Maybe reinstall ALL drivers, not just the gpu ones.

Its prebuilt, means that the drivers are already preinstalled by HP
