Headphone issues. Model XB650BT

Hello everyone. I write to all of thee because I'm having issues with this particular headphone model. I have no idea how to set up the microphone.

 

So far I can hear but the skype config doesn't seem to acknowledge the mic volume. This is the new baby:

 

Any help is deeply appreciated !
