RGB Fan Help

Hello everyone, I am having issues with the RGB on my Corsair HD120 fans. I have 6 fans, RGB hub and the Commander Pro. The firmware is up to date and so is iCue however I only have one fan that the RGB works on when everything is wired to the RGB fan hub and to the commander. Which ever fan is plugged into port 1 on the hub works correctly and since know that these are designed for the RGB to run in series(I think) I have tried plugging each fan into port 1 and then plugging a second fan into port 2 and still no luck. I have repeated this plugging all 6 fans into port one and then cycling through the others in port 2 and still nothing only the fan plugged into port 1 will work no matter which one it is. I have replaced the RGB fan hub and still have the same results. I have been on the Corsair forums and have not had any luck from there and i am still waiting for Corsair Tech Support to email me back but i dont know how long that will be with the COVID-19 situation affecting everyone right now. I just dont understand how they can all work fine one day and not the next.
