To my knowledge, BIOS should be displaying on all ports, or the very first display port or HDMI port the BIOS detects.

 

Depending on how the Display port and HDMI port is routed to the GPU, there is no way you can force the BIOS to show on a particular port. Your only option is to unplugged all your monitors and leave the monitor that uses HDMI port. Most GPU favour DP over HDMI as DP has higher resolution display capabilities.
