Need a portable case.

I need to switch my current atx build to an ITX or small MATX as its getting awkward carrying it between my parents houses.I will need to keep all the same components other than the motherboard and case so it will need to have ATX psu support and 240mm GPU clearance. I have spent a long time looking and just havent been able to find anything that fits my budget ($100). If anyone has any suggestions it would be so helpful.
