Broken Internal USB 3.0 Cable?

Wondering if it is poosible to bend an internal usb 3.0 cable to hard and break it?

 

I just got an extension for it in my pc and didn't have much room so i had to bend it to make the length right.

 

Just curious if it is possible to break the cable by bending it to hard?
