Surface 7 with two additional screens

Hi All, 

First time Poster Long time watcher!

I was given a Surface Pro 7 for work with two monitors. I purchased a USB-C dongle to allow me to have 3 screen on the go. Once I plugged it in it will only allow me to have the surface on one and duplicate the other two displays as pictured. I'm asking if there's a driver issue or something I need to download to rectify my issue.
