Blue light on GPU

Hey!  So after having my computer for around 7months now I noticed that my graphics card (AMD RADEON RX 560 Series) has gotten a red light.  After cleaning a few fans in the PC it turned blue.  I do not know if this is good or bad for my computer and would like to know.  Thanks
