Geforce Experience/Shadowplay

Hey guys, I just got a new gpu and wanted to record some gameplay. I was just wondering how much of an impact if any shadowplay would have on performance, or if the geforce overlay in general affects performance.Thanks for answering!

I've never been able to tell the difference between when shadowplay is on or off, that's how small the impact is.

It depends a little on your hardware and if you are trying to record all 200 fps.  If you are saving to a drive, the mechanical hard drives people still seem to love here might slow you down.  If you are playing game on a 4 Gb stick of memory, there might be some problems as well.

 

Generally 0%-10% performance hit.  In many cases, it is a 0% performance hit, but I'm trying to cover my bases here.
