I've never been able to tell the difference between when shadowplay is on or off, that's how small the impact is.

It depends a little on your hardware and if you are trying to record all 200 fps.  If you are saving to a drive, the mechanical hard drives people still seem to love here might slow you down.  If you are playing game on a 4 Gb stick of memory, there might be some problems as well.

 

Generally 0%-10% performance hit.  In many cases, it is a 0% performance hit, but I'm trying to cover my bases here.
