xeon e5-2640 v3

hey, im thinking about doing a computer using the xeon e5 2640 v3 which graphic card would you recomend me to take advantage of the power of the cpu and the price. I'm thinking about a rx480 8 gb  for around 150 $, any suggestion??

So how much is this CPU, some are 700 and others are 150 on amazon

Never buy a CPU this old on Amazon, this is probably (hopefully) being found on the used market for like $100

 

@sacramento a used RX 480 is a decent card, but you can get a new GTX 1650 super for that price so you'd be better off seeking closer to $100. Approaching the $200 price point, aim for a GTX 1070 or RX Vega 56.

i fetched this cpu under 200 with mobo combo.

those graphics cards sell for almost 300 and i'm trying to work whitin a budget. but thanks for the recomendations apreciated.

sometimes locally i can find around the 200 mark.

that's about the expected price. nicer dual fan models like EVGA 1070s will be around $220, while a majority of Vega 56 models may be blower fans,

Yeah but since im selling it i would prefer a bigger margin so probably a close to 100€ gpu. do you think rx 580 8 gb second hand is the better option?

for around that price, an RX 480/580 is likely the best you'd get.
