Modern Warfare low FPS

My set up is 9700k @4.6ghz - 2080ti up to 1800mhz - 16gb ram at 3200mhz and I’m playing at 3440x1440p

getting about 70fps on all maps at the lowest settings, as updates have come for both the game and graphic drivers, my FPS has just slowly declined from over 140fps when the game first came out.

The GPU runs at 99% even in the game menus when the FPS is locked at 60. The CPU consistently runs at 50% at 4.6ghz. Both are water cooled and don’t exceed 65 degrees.

I’ve tried tweaking things in the task manager which makes no difference.

Ive used DDU and reinstalled Nvidia drivers but that makes no difference.

Just tweak settings within the game. Try following videos online to optimise Modern Warfare. You also have to understand that the game is poorly optimised at the moment. I run a laptop spec i7-9750H, 1660Ti with 8GB ram at 2666mhz and i can run most maps at high at 1080p with fps above 100.
