New PC for Ableton/Gaming

1. Budget & Location

Chicago, all (or almost all, if there is a particularly good deal on GPU) of the parts should be available at the Chicago Microcenter. My budget is ~$1,000, but that can stretch to $1,050 if absolutely necessary.

 

2. Aim

I'll be doing music production with Ableton and gaming (Overwatch mostly), Ryzen is a must

I already have a 1TB M.2 to use as my main drive, but I need a large capacity (2-4TB) HDD for storage.

NZXT H510i is my current favorite case, but I'll take anything with good cable management and at least 2 USB-C ports, 1 front 1 back.

Currently looking at the Ryzen 5 3600 -- I like the look of the Hyper 212 Black CPU cooler

 

3. Monitors

I have a 1440p 75hz monitor, might get another one at some point but not guaranteed.

 

4. Peripherals

Have all peripherals, wifi/bluetooth in the motherboard would be nice.

 

5. Why are you upgrading?

Need a second PC, my brother will be inheriting our current one and I need more power than what I have right now.

 

 

 

So i'm looking at the Microcenter website and the 3600 is out of stock ._. so I guess I can obtain that online
