Computer Shuts off when opening SteamVR

When I open SteamVR, my computer will sometimes shut off immediately. It will sometimes run just fine. And it just shuts off instantly as if it loses power.

 

I then can't turn on the PC again until I unplug the computer, press the power button a few times, and plug it back in. When I press the power button with it unplugged it will have the lights flash for a split second.

 

I'm using an Oculus Rift CV1. My drivers and Windows are both up to date.

Ryzen 7 2700x

AsRock B450 Steel Legend

32 GB Gskill Ripjaws V 3200 MHz

MSi RX480 Armor 8G

EVGA SuperNova 750 B1 with Cablemod Extensions
