Cpu hitting 100% usage when playing VR games

this is my first post on the forums but I need help

my pc seems too always shoot up too 100% cpu usage when i'm gaming in vr

my pc specs:

                                       𝑪𝒑𝒖: I7-8086k @ 4.00GHz
　　　　　　　　　　　𝑴𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒃𝒐𝒂𝒓𝒅: Asus rog strix Z370-F gaming
　　 　　　 　　　　　 𝑹𝒂𝒎: 64GB corsair Vengeance LPX @ 3000Mhz
　　 　　　 　　　　　 𝒈𝒑𝒖: 2x MSI Geforce AERO GTX 1080 8GB in SLI 
　　 　　　 　　　　　 𝑯𝑫𝑫: 1x 12TB WD 1x 2TB WD
　　 　　　 　　　　　 𝑺𝑫𝑫: 2x Samsung QVO 860 1TB 1x Crusial 500gb

 

*all parts are running at stock preformance no onverclock has been made

 

the vr i'm using is the HTC VIVE PRO with the basestations 2.0 and the bleu vive controllers that all came with the VIVE PRO bundle

 

i've googled what may cause these problems but i'm helpless so i came too here for help

 

if any more information is needed let me know i'll provide with the needed info
