Webcam settings across all software?

I have a Logitech C920 that I want to use zoomed in, but whenever I use said webcam in something like skype or discord, the settings are all back to their default state. I configured the camera how I want in Logitech Ghub and previously LGS, but the issue seems to persist

 

Is there a way to have webcam settings be persistent across all software that uses said webcam?
