Check for any screws and otherwise try to pull with a bit of force to the back of the PC. If the panel doesn't move you might be screwed

yea make sure the pc is off then pull it out to see the wattage and to see if it has pcie power connectors

i can get my camera between hdd mounts and there is the cables at least

you have pcie power connectors for your graphics card enough to power a 2080 ti

but do you know the wattage of psu

nope, however, i am currently contacting the pc oem to try and resolve my side panel issue or for instructions to remove the psu shroud
