Check for any screws and otherwise try to pull with a bit of force to the back of the PC. If the panel doesn't move you might be screwed

the only way i can think is to remove this: see video and try and pull the psu out

nope, however, i am currently contacting the pc oem to try and resolve my side panel issue or for instructions to remove the psu shroud
