Laptop Charging/FPS Issues While Gaming

Hello! So I have the Razer Blade 2017 with the i7-7700HQ and GTX 1060. Within the last year I've noticed that in certain games my laptop will practically stop charging even though it's plugged in while playing games. This will cause a massive FPS drop to 30 FPS and happens without warning. From what I've gathered, I've only seen it drop while playing CS:GO and Dota 2. While playing games like League and Warzone there are no problems at all. This problem occurs in stutters and I can't seem to figure out what it is. I've tried throttling the CPU and updating the drivers. It didn't used to happen but as of late 2019 it happens every time I play CS.

I have a video of it here https://streamable.com/6gz04

You can see 3 separate times at the beginning walking through doors, the middle, and the end walking through doors. FPS is in the top right corner to show the loss because the video doesn't show it too well (I think it got cut down to 30FPS after I edited it). Also the Windows noise was just because I hit something wrong sorry in advance.

Thanks for your help!
