Task Manager reading seems odd

Hey guys! This problem has been happening for a little while, but today since I was bored I figured I should see if something is off or wrong with my computer (Potentially some resource virus). My task manager readings always seem extremely far off from what the individual items are reading, much beyond a rounding error. I have attached some screen shots to show what I am talking about. Is this just common? Thanks!

 

Windows 10 64

Intel 5930k, rtx 2080, 24gb ram, 1000w power supply

Unsure of bios version
